I’m happy with these blinds, they feel good quality and sturdy, not flimsy at all. They also look nice up close which was a nice surprise

I got these linked up with Alexa, after a little bit of messing around, and they’ve been working fine since. They open on schedule, which is exactly what I wanted. Took off one star, though, because the setup instructions weren’t the clearest.

I got my Graywind blinds a few months back i’m really impressed!!! I was totally expecting to have to charge them constantly, especially since we use them every day, but the battery is still going strong!!! Setup wasn’t bad either, which was a nice bonus. So far I’m really happy with them and I’d definitely buy them again!!!

I ordered from graywindblinds.com because I liked the clean, simple look of the blinds on their site. The pictures made it easy to get a feel for them, and what showed up looked close to what I expected.
After I put them up, the room instantly felt more finished. The design is simple, so it doesn’t draw too much attention, but it still makes everything look neater. The color also worked better with my walls than I thought it would.

I spent a little extra time deciding which ones to get, and I’m glad I did because they ended up fitting the space really well. They make the room feel modern and pulled together without making it feel too fancy or stiff.

I’m really happy with this so far. Setup was quick and easy, and the remote works perfectly from across the room. The app is simple to use too, which I really appreciate. I’ve been using it most mornings now, and it’s been such a convenient addition to my routine

I ordered custom blinds from graywindblinds.com, and for the most part the sizing was close. That said, one of the blinds was a little off on the width. It still fits in the window, so it’s not a total disaster, but it definitely doesn’t look as clean as I was expecting for something custom.

Customer service was okay, nothing terrible, but I did feel like I had to stay on top of the details myself. I get that small mistakes happen, but when you’re paying for custom sizing, you kind of expect them to nail it. Overall it’s fine, but I do think the accuracy could’ve been better.

It took longer than I expected, but they got them up in the end. Not totally perfect, but it worked out okay...

My blinds showed up sooner than I expected, and the box was in good shape when it arrived. The tracking was easy to follow too, so I wasn’t left wondering where my order was. it was a smooth process from start to finish. If you’re ordering, I’d say just keep an eye on the tracking updates, but I had no delivery issues at all.

I had a couple of questions before placing my order, mostly basic stuff about measuring, and their customer service was really easy to talk to. They got back to me quickly and didn’t make me feel awkward for asking. To be fair, the whole process was smooth from start to finish, and they kept me updated after the order went through. Overall, a nice experience, and I’d be happy to use Graywind Blinds again.

I wasn’t expecting anything super fancy, but these blinds are good for what they cost. They’re not perfect or anything, well, I mean, for the price they’re totally fine. Overall, I’m happy with them.
